P erformance Period definition

P erformance Period means any period designated by the Committee during which (i) the Performance Measures applicable to an award shall be measured and (ii) the conditions to vesting applicable to an award shall remain in effect.
P erformance Period means the period of time beginning with the Date of Grant and ending on the fourth (4th) anniversary of the Date of Grant.
