ERA-GLONASS. Profile means a set of identification data, including personalization data, and applications, that reside on a SIM card and is required for ERA-GLONASS Emergency Call Device interaction with ERA-GLONASS Infrastructure whereas a part of it is the MVNO, being part of it. The content of ERA-GLONASS Profile is defined by “ERA-GLONASS” System Operator. «Профиль «ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС» означает набор идентификационных данных, включая данные персонализации и приложения, содержащихся в памяти SIM-карты и необходимых для взаимодействия Устройства вызова экстренных оперативных служб с Инфраструктурой «ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС», частью которой является сеть MVNO. • ERA-GLONASS System Operator shall within five (5) working days as from the receipt of the Rolling Forecast accept or refuse the Rolling Forecast from Emergency Call Device Manufacturer.

• In the absence of ERA-GLONASS System Operator’s answer within the above period, ERA-GLONASS System Operator is deemed to have accepted the Rolling Forecast from Emergency Call Device Manufacturer provided that there’s a confirmation of the Rolling Forecast receipt by ERA-GLONASS System Operator.

• The cross-country tests with other countries participating in HeERO and Russia (ERA-GLONASS) will ensure that the newly upgraded PSAPs will be compatible with foreign cars travelling in Romania in the scope of delivering a pan-European eCall service.

• Emergency Call Device Manufacturer undertakes to: (a) Transfer the ICCID list to «ERA- GLONASS» System Operator for each SIM card with the ERA-GLONASS Profile shipped to the Car Manufacturer, for the Производитель УВЭОС принимает на себя обязательства: (a) Передавать Оператору системы «ЭРА- ГЛОНАСС» список ICCID для каждой SIM-карты с профилем ЭРА-ГЛОНАСС, поставленной производителю Russian version of the Emergency Call Device, and installed in the Emergency Call device for the Russian Market.
