Equipment Contractor definition

Equipment Contractor means the contractor Van Dyk Baler Corporation and its subcontractors providing and installing the DSR Processing System under Contract No.1; also referred to herein as a Prime Contractor.
Equipment Contractor or “Company” means the entity executing the Design-Build Agreement with Rockland Green to provide the Contract Services, whether such entity is the Proposer or another entity used or created by the Proposer to provide such services.

  • If the City approves the use of refurbished, reclaimed, or remanufactured parts or Equipment, Contractor warrants such Equipment have the same warranty as that of new and current Equipment and are subject to all the same provisions of this Contract.

  • As soon as reasonably practical, the Development Committee shall either approve or reject each proposed Project Equipment Contractor.

  • Lakes shall propose to the Development Committee for its approval one or more contractors to provide equipment or personal property for use in connection with operations of the Project Facilities, exclusive of property to be provided pursuant to a Project Construction Contract (the "Project Equipment Contractor").

  • In addition, upon Contractor’s receipt of Owner-Provided Equipment, Contractor shall bear the risk of loss and damage for such Owner-Provided Equipment until Substantial Completion of the Work, including maintenance and care for Owner-Provided Equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s and Owner’s recommendations and procedures.

Related to Equipment Contractor

  • Replacement Contractor means any third party service provider appointed by the Authority to supply any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the expiry, termination or partial termination of the Contract.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.

  • Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;
