Consultants shall submit with their proposal a Work Force Report for approval by the Program Manager of the City of San Diego Equal Opportunity Contracting Program (EOCP).
If an Equal Employment Opportunity Plan is required, the Program Manager of EOCP will provide a list of plan requirements to Consultant.
If based on a review of the Work Force Report (Attachment BB) submitted an EOCP staff Work Force Analysis determines there are under representations when compared to County Labor Force Availability data, then the Consultant will also be required to submit an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Plan to the Program Manager of the City of San Diego Equal Opportunity Contracting Program (EOCP) for approval.
