Enjoined Party definition

Enjoined Party means all Entities who have held, hold or may hold Claims or Interests that have been released or discharged or are subject to exculpation pursuant to the Plan.
Enjoined Party means all Entities who have held, hold or may hold Claims or Interests that have been released pursuant to Sections 8.2 or 8.3, discharged pursuant to Section 8.5 or are subject to exculpation pursuant to Section 8.4.
Enjoined Party means all Entities who have held, hold or may hold Claims or Causes of Action that have been released or discharged or are subject to exculpation, the Channeling Injunction or the Supplemental Settling Insurer Injunction pursuant to the Plan, the Confirmation Order or Sale Order.

  • Restricted Party As defined in the definition of “Privileged Information Exception” in this Agreement.

  • Sanctioned Country means, at any time, a country, region or territory which is itself the subject or target of any Sanctions (at the time of this Agreement, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan and Syria).

  • Excluded Party means any REIT, any parent company of or Person who Controls any REIT in each instance engaged primarily in owning and operating Real Property, and any other Person whom the Borrower has reasonably identified in writing to the Administrative Agent as a competitor or potential competitor of the Borrower.
