Engineer’s Contracts definition

Engineer’s Contracts means any and all contracts with any engineers performing work with respect to the Project, and any and all renewals, extensions or modifications thereof and guaranties of performance to Borrower thereunder.

Related to Engineer’s Contracts

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

  • Project Contracts mean a contract or contracts with respect to the acquisition and/or construction of the Improvements entered into by the Company or the Issuer.

  • Architect's Contract means Lessee's contract with the Project Architect.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).
