Examples of Engineer’s Completion Certificate in a sentence

  • Completion shall have occurred and the Administrative Agent shall have received (i) the Borrower’s Completion Certificate, duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower and (ii) the Independent Engineer’s Completion Certificate.
