Engineering Business definition

Engineering Business has the meaning as set out in Recital (A).
Engineering Business means the business of the Demerged Company, engaged in fabrication/ assembly of machinery, including tube filling machines, cartoning machines, wrapping machines, loading machines and conveyor solutions, and assets and liabilities relating thereto.

  • Minimum Education Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline or eight (8) years of equivalent work experience.

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist / Tester requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline; or equivalent work experience.

  • The Company is duly qualified to transact business and is in good standing in every jurisdiction in which the character or location of the properties owned or leased by the Company or the nature of the business conducted by the Company makes such qualification necessary, except for where the failure to be so qualified would not have a material adverse effect on the Purchased Assets or the Purchased Engineering Business.

  • Possesses a BA/BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.

  • Any employee who has achieved a bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, Education, Engineering, Business Management, Public Administration, Medical Care Services related degree, or Environmental Sciences related degree from an accredited college shall receive an additional two and one half percent (2 ½%) of their base hourly rate.
