Energy Consumer Data Subject definition

Energy Consumer Data Subject means a Data Subject who is a member of the public, including individuals who are the end-user customer of an energy supplier in England, Scotland or Wales. For the avoidance of doubt, an individual who might qualify for another category of Data Subject under this Agreement, shall qualify for this definition where they are acting as a member of the public or the end-user customer of an energy supplier in England, Scotland or Wales.

  • Energy consumer means a business or residential consumer of

  • Pre-consumer Material means any material or by-product generated after the manufacture of a product but before the product reaches the consumer, such as damaged or obsolete products. Pre-consumer Material does not include mill and manufacturing trim, scrap, or broken material that is generated at a manufacturing site and commonly reused on-site in the same or another manufacturing process.

  • Post-Consumer Waste means any product generated by a business or consumer which has served its intended end use, and which has been separated or diverted from solid waste for the purpose of recycling into a usable commodity or product, and which does not include post-industrial waste.

  • Energy conservation measure means a training program or facility alteration designed to reduce energy consumption or operating costs and includes:

  • Small wind energy system means a wind energy conversion system that collects and converts wind into energy to generate electricity which has a nameplate generating capacity of one hundred kilowatts or less.

  • Indigenous Peoples Safeguards means the principles and requirements set forth in Chapter V, Appendix 3, and Appendix 4 (as applicable) of the SPS;

Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Energy conservation means the decrease in energy requirements of specific customers during any selected time period, resulting in a reduction in end-use services.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;
