  • Seller hereby grants, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates, to Buyer and its Affiliates, effective as of the Closing Date, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, fully paid, royalty free license to use, reproduce and modify the EncryptX Encryption Software as necessary or desirable to incorporate it into RDX cartridges made, used, sold or otherwise distributed by Buyer and its Affiliates and to distribute the EncryptX Encryption Software as incorporated into such RDX cartridges.
