Employee’s Availability definition

Employee’s Availability means an agreed availability between the employee and Calvary that is defined by:
Employee’s Availability means an agreed availability between the employee and Calvary that is defined by: (i) a regular pattern of work including the days of the week the employee will work and the starting and finishing times each day; or (ii) the days of the week and the span of hours that an employee will make themselves available for ordinary hours or additional ordinary hours work; or The Awards ensure that the roster of each part-time Calvary employee is only one to which the employee agrees, which is one of the most important benefits of the Award. The Agreement does not provide that benefit to employees. Rather, the Agreement would allow the employer to determine a part-time employee’s roster without the employee’s agreement. The employer would unilaterally decide each part-time employee's roster within the period/s curiously described as the “Employee’s availability”, which is subject to Calvary’s agreement. If Calvary does not agree that the employee will only be available within the period/s advised by the employee, those periods are not “the Employee’s Availability” within the meaning of the Agreement. The roster set by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may conflict with: • another roster the employee has in other employment, and/or; • other responsibilities and commitments the employee has outside of work. Subclauses 9.2 and 9.3 of the Agreement (iii) a combination of clauses 9.2(b)(i) and (ii).

Examples of Employee’s Availability in a sentence

  • If a part-time employee has nominated Employee Availability that is a span of availability pursuant to 9.2(b)(ii), Calvary may roster that employee for additional ordinary hours above their guaranteed minimum hours set in accordance with clause 9.2(a) provided they are within the Employee’s Availability.

  • Calvary may roster a part-time employee for additional ordinary hours above their guaranteed minimum hours set in accordance with clause 9.3(a) provided they are within the Employee’s Availability.

Related to Employee’s Availability

  • Graduates Available for Employment means the number of graduates minus the number of graduates unavailable for employment.

  • Maximum Availability has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • General Availability means the date a version of Software was first made available to be licensed by Sandvine customers.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • System Availability means, with respect to any particular calendar month, the ratio obtained by subtracting Unscheduled Downtime during such month from the Total Monthly Time, and thereafter dividing the difference so obtained by the Total Monthly Time. Represented algebraically, System Availability for any particular calendar month is determined as follows:
