Emergency medical, fire and police dispatch means emergency assistance for medical, fire and law enforcement response using pre-arrival first aid or other medical instructions provided by trained 911 public safety telecommunicators.

  • Emergency medical condition means a medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that the absence of immediate medical attention could reasonably be expected to result in any of the following:

  • Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders means assessments, evaluations, or tests, including the autism diagnostic observation schedule, performed by a licensed physician or a licensed psychologist to diagnose whether an individual has 1 of the autism spectrum disorders.
