EMA Services definition

EMA Services means medical records forms, templates for prescriptions and billing forms, and other services as made available by Modernizing Medicine to Medical Practice through the Software (which EMA Services, for the avoidance of doubt, do not include training or other SOW Services (as defined below) or any Additional Services).

Examples of EMA Services in a sentence

  • As part of the EMA Services and the Software, Modernizing Medicine may provide Medical Practice with sample communication forms and templates applicable to different circumstances (e.g., medical prescription, visit report, etc.).

  • Subject to Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions, Modernizing Medicine may also provide Medical Practice with access to EMA Services through the Software.

  • Commencing on the Software Delivery Date, Modernizing Medicine hereby grants to Medical Practice a non-exclusive, nontransferable and limited (as provided in this Agreement) license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the Software and EMA Services through the ModMed Sites, in the Territory, for Medical Practice’s internal business purposes only (the “License”).

  • Medical Practice acknowledges and agrees that the number of FTE Physician Users and FTE Physician Extender Users of Medical Practice that use the Software and the EMA Services shall not exceed the number specified in this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Transaction Documents to the contrary, Modernizing Medicine may, in its sole discretion, modify, update, revise, enhance or change any aspect of the EMA Services, the Additional Services, the PQRS Services and/or the Software.

  • Medical Practice agrees that the sole and exclusive responsibility for any medical decisions or actions with respect to a Patient’s medical care and for determining the accuracy, completeness or appropriateness of any billing, clinical, coding, diagnostic, medical or other information provided by the Software, the EMA Services, Additional Services, PQRS Services or the SOW Services resides solely with the Physicians and the Physician Extenders treating such Patient.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Transaction Documents to the contrary, Modernizing Medicine may, in its sole discretion, modify, update, revise, enhance or change any aspect of the EMA Services and/or the Software.

  • Subject to Section 6 of these Terms and Conditions, Modernizing Medicine may also provide Medical Practice with medical records forms, templates for prescriptions and billing forms, and other services (collectively, the “EMA Service(s)”) as made available by Modernizing Medicine to Medical Practice through the Software (which EMA Services, for the avoidance of doubt, do not include training or other SOW Services (as defined below)).

  • Further, Medical Practice and its Users grant to Modernizing Medicine a nonexclusive license to use Medical Practice Content, as well as any other copyrights, trade names and/or trademarks of Medical Practice, solely to the extent necessary for Modernizing Medicine to provide the Software, the EMA Services or the SOW Services (which includes, without limitation, the right to make copies, create illustrations, display personal and/or corporate name(s), and display other pictures and materials).

  • Medical Practice acknowledges and agrees that the number of FTE Physician Users, FTE Physician Extender Users and Staff Users of Medical Practice that use the Software and the EMA Services shall not exceed the number specified in this Agreement.

Related to EMA Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • IT Services any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Company's or any of the Subsidiaries' data processing or data transfer requirements, including facilities management, bureau services, hardware maintenance, software development or support, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services;

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Development Services “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Company Services means any services (including but not limited to technical and product support, technical advice, underwriting and customer services) supplied by the Company or its Affiliates in the specialty property and/or casualty insurance business.
