Elobixibat means Seller’s proprietary compound designated by Seller on the Effective Date of the License Agreement as “A3309,” which has the chemical structure set forth in Schedule 1.9 of the License Agreement, including all pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates, solvates, metabolites and enantiomers thereof.
