Eligible US Trading Venue definition

Eligible US Trading Venue means, in respect of a Clearing Member, a US Trading Venue for which the Clearing House’s records reflect that such Clearing Member has completed the Clearing House’s process for enabling the Clearing Member to be eligible to submit (or have submitted on its behalf) a transaction executed on such US Trading Venue to the Clearing House for registration.

  • Execution Venue means the entity with which client orders, assets or securities are placed and/or to which the Company transmits Client’s orders for execution.

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Alternative Stock Exchange means at any time, in the case of the Ordinary Shares, if they are not at that time listed and traded on the ASX, the principal stock exchange or securities market on which the Ordinary Shares are then listed or quoted or dealt in;

  • New Trading Profits means the excess, if any, of Net Assets of the Partnership managed by the Advisor at the end of the fiscal period over Net Assets of the Partnership managed by the Advisor at the end of the highest previous fiscal period or Net Assets of the Partnership allocated to the Advisor at the date trading commences by the Advisor for the Partnership, whichever is higher, and as further adjusted to eliminate the effect on Net Assets of the Partnership resulting from new capital contributions, redemptions, reallocations or capital distributions, if any, made during the fiscal period decreased by interest or other income, not directly related to trading activity, earned on the Partnership’s assets during the fiscal period, whether the assets are held separately or in margin accounts. Ongoing expenses shall be attributed to the Advisor based on the Advisor’s proportionate share of Net Assets of the Partnership. Ongoing expenses shall not include expenses of litigation not involving the activities of the Advisor on behalf of the Partnership. Ongoing expenses include offering and organizational expenses of the Partnership. No Incentive Fee shall be paid to the Advisor until the end of the first full calendar quarter of the Advisor’s trading for the Partnership, which fee shall be based on New Trading Profits (if any) earned from the commencement of trading by the Advisor on behalf of the Partnership through the end of the first full calendar quarter of such trading. Interest income earned, if any, shall not be taken into account in computing New Trading Profits earned by the Advisor. If Net Assets of the Partnership allocated to the Advisor are reduced due to redemptions, distributions or reallocations (net of additions), there shall be a corresponding proportional reduction in the related loss carryforward amount that must be recouped before the Advisor is eligible to receive another Incentive Fee.

  • Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;

  • DoD recognized unique identification equivalent means a unique identification method that is in commercial use and has been recognized by DoD. All DoD recognized unique identification equivalents are listed at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/iuid_equivalents.html.

  • Positive Behavioral Theory and Practice means a proactive approach to individual behavior and behavior interventions that:

  • Trading Rules means the Rules and Regulations of the Exchange prescribed by the Stock Exchange from time to time; and

  • Trading Account means the unique personified register of all completed transactions, open positions, orders and nontrading operations on the trading platform.

  • Violent felony means any offense that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a felony and:

  • Drug-related criminal activity means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use of a controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 or the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C. 802]).

  • New York Courts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(d).

  • The Stock Exchange means the London Stock Exchange Limited;

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.

  • Trading Period means the term as defined in the NEPOOL GIS Operating Rules.

  • School Governors or Governing Body means the Governors of the School who are appointed from time to time under the terms of its governing instrument and who are responsible for governance of the School.

  • NYSRC means the New York State Reliability Council or any successor organization thereto.

  • Inactive Trading Account means a Client's trading account which has not had an open position, pending order, or non-trading operation in 3 months period.
