Electronic Stability Control System definition

Electronic Stability Control System or "ESC System" means a system that has all of the following attributes:

  • As from 1 November 2011, Contracting Parties applying this Regulation may refuse to grant national or regional type approval if the vehicle type does not meet the requirements of this Regulation as amended by Supplement 9 and is not fitted with an Electronic Stability Control System and a Brake Assist System, both meeting the requirements of Annex 9 to this Regulation.

  • Electronic System means any electronic system, including e-mail, e-fax, Intralinks®, ClearPar®, Debt Domain, Syndtrak and any other Internet or extranet-based site, whether such electronic system is owned, operated or hosted by the Administrative Agent and any of its Related Parties or any other Person, providing for access to data protected by passcodes or other security system.

  • Electronic Interface means access to operations support systems consisting of preordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair and billing functions.
