Electronic Ordering System definition

Electronic Ordering System means any web based ordering system, electronic purchase order system, electronic order acknowledgement, form of electronic order acceptance, or any software based ordering system. Electronic Ordering Systems do not include any systems designed for the negotiation, signature, offer, or acceptance of purchase specifications or configuration specifications.
