EHG Services definition

EHG Services means EHG Services Pty Ltd, ABN 61 638 543 ▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇-▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. Equipment means the computer system, including peripheral equipment and operating system software, used by the Client and its Personnel in connection with the Licensed Product. References in this Agreement to Equipment do not apply in respect of any Licensed Product for which the Client purchases Cloud Hosting Services from EHG Services.

Examples of EHG Services in a sentence

  • EHG Services may, in its discretion, deem that it is required to provide the Support and Maintenance Services at the Client’s premises.

  • EHG Services will provide user support via its online support logging service.

  • EHG Services will be responsible for the acts or omissions of its subcontractors as if they were EHG Services’ own acts or omissions.

  • EHG Services will return any deposit paid by the Client for the Software Development Services.

  • Upon such termination, EHG Services will not provide the Custom Software to the Client and the Client will not be liable for any Fees in respect of the Software Development Services, however all other terms of the Agreement will continue to apply in full.

  • EHG Services will make available updated Associated Documentation to the Client, generally in the form of online help for an update or Bug fix.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.
