Any student currently enrolled at a tertiary institution in an undergraduate course of study of 0.6 EFTS value, or 0.5 EFTS value for postgraduate study, or greater, over an academic year and who is employed less than 20 hours per week during semester time or up to full-time during vacations.
Such method may include, at the option of the Vendor, delivery of funds by the Purchaser electronically through an electronic funds transfer system (the "EFTS") designated by the Vendor or the Vendor’s Solicitors, including, without limitation, the Closure Service provided by Teranet Inc..
