EED definition

EED shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.
EED means a one-shot explosive or pyrotechnic device caused to function by the application of electrical energy.
EED means the Energy Efficiency Department of the State Standardization Committee of the Borrower which is responsible for carrying out state policies for energy savings and executing state supervision over the rational use of fuel and heat and electric energy pursuant to a Decree of the President of the Borrower No. 289, dated May 5, 2006 and a Resolution No. 981, dated July 31, 2006 of the Council of Ministers of the Borrower.
