EDGE business enterprise definition

EDGE business enterprise means a sole proprietorship, association, partnership, corporation, limited liability company, or joint venture certified by DAS/EOD as meeting the criteria established by DAS/EOD pursuant to section 123.152 of the Revised Code; and
EDGE business enterprise means a sole proprietorship, association, partnership, corporation, limited liability corporation, or joint venture certified as a participant in the encouraging diversity, growth, and equity program by the director of administrative services under section 123:152 of the Revised Code.
EDGE business enterprise means an Ohio entity certified by the director of administrative services as a participant in the encouraging diversity, growth, and equity program established by the governor's executive order 2002-17T.
