ECIC Premium(s) definition

ECIC Premium(s) means premiums payable to the Insurer in US$[] by the Insured in respect of this Policy and by the Financial Institution in respect of the Institutional Policy;

Related to ECIC Premium(s)

  • Premiums means premiums, considerations, deposits and similar receipts with respect to the Policies or Post-Closing Policies.

  • Insurance Premiums shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Total Premiums Paid means total of all the premiums received, excluding any extra premium, any rider premium and taxes.

  • Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.
