ECF Loans definition

ECF Loans means loans made to an ECF Borrower under the relevant Export Credit Facility.

Examples of ECF Loans in a sentence

  • On each Borrowing Date (other than on an Initial Borrowing Date) on which the proceeds of Loans are being used to fund (or reimburse) a payment under a Construction Contract, the relevant ECF Borrower shall have paid (other than from proceeds of Loans or loans under the Other Term Loan Facility) [*] of the amount due on such Borrowing Date under the Construction Contract, which payment may be made from proceeds of ECF Loans under the relevant ECF Facility.

Related to ECF Loans

  • Term Loans means the term loans made by the Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Term B Loans means (a) the term loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(a), and (b) any Incremental Term Loans in the form of Term B Loans made by the Incremental Term Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(c).

  • Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.

  • Revolving Loans as defined in Section 2.4(a).

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
