EBDR definition
EBDR means the rate determined by the Agent to be the arithmetic mean (rounded, if necessary, to the nearest five decimal places with the midpoint rounded upwards) of the respective rates notified to the Agent by the Reference Banks (provided at least two Reference Banks are quoting) at or about 10.30 a.m. on the Utilisation Date for a ▇▇▇▇ at which Eligible Bills with a face amount of (Pounds)1,000,000 and of an equivalent tenor can be discounted in the London discount market at or about that time.
EBDR means the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards to four decimal places) of the rates supplied by the Reference Banks to the Facility Agent as its request at or about 10.30 a.m. on the applicable Utilisation Date) at which Sterling bills eligible for rediscounting at the Bank of England of an equivalent tenor can be discounted in the London discount market at or about that time.
EBDR means the rate, as determined by the Facility Agent at or about 11.00 a.m. on the Utilisation Date for a Utilisation by way of a ▇▇▇▇, at which Eligible Bills of an equivalent tenor to such ▇▇▇▇ can be discounted in the London discount market at or about that time.

EBDR means, in relation to any Bills, the arithmetic mean (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the nearest 1/64) of the respective rates notified to the Agent by each of the Reference Banks quoting (provided that at least two Reference Banks are quoting) as the rate at which Eligible Bills of an equivalent aggregate face amount and tenor to those Bills can be discounted in the London discount market by that Reference Bank at or about 11.00 a.m. on the relevant Utilisation Date.
