Early learning services definition

Early learning services means programs and services including, but not limited to, the early childhood education and assistance pro- gram (ECEAP), head start, licensed child care, and license-exempt child care services.
Early learning services for purposes of this chapter means the early childhood education and assistance program ((and)), head start, licensed child care, and license-exempt child care services.
Early learning services means programs and services for children ages birth through five years of age that address language and literacy development, cognition and general knowledge and learning approaches, physical health and well-being, motor development and social and emotional development. Providers of early learning services include Early Learning Hubs, relief nurseries, home visiting programs, child care providers, preschools, Head Start, Oregon Pre-K, and others who provide programs and services for children ages birth through five.
