EA Materials definition

EA Materials means the following, to the extent EA includes the following into any Improvements: (i) trademarks, trade dress, logos and other identifiers of EA; and (ii) content and materials that are publicly used by EA prior to inclusion in any Improvements, but excluding, in each case, any RMCF Materials therein.
EA Materials means (whether printed or electronic) each and all of EA’s standard operating policies, manuals, materials and instructions on how licensees are to operate their licensed businesses or provide the Services in each case as amended from time to time in any format by EA;

Examples of EA Materials in a sentence

  • RMCF will not use the EA Materials in a manner that is not authorized under this Agreement.

  • Upon request by RMCF, EA will promptly disclose and deliver copies of all information and materials pertaining to any improvement, modification, derivative work, variation of the RMCF Materials or any other works (including works of authorship) or materials used in connection with the RMCF Marketplace or any advertising or marketing materials therefore, but, in each case, excluding any EA Materials (collectively, “Improvements”).

  • This includes not copying or using any client details or any part of the EA Materials, Database, Confidential Information or System (or materials derived from them or based on any part of them) in or for any other business.

  • The EA Materials may from time to time specify alternative payment methods and timing to those set out in this clause 8 and for these purposes, the provisions of the EA Materials in relation to payment shall prevail.

  • You will access and use the latest version of the EA Materials available through the Admin Panel.

  • Except for the limited licenses granted to RMCF in Section 2(d), EA and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to all EA Materials and its other Intellectual Property.

  • You remain fully liable for compliance yourself and by your personnel with your obligations under this NMA and the EA Materials even if additional personnel have been engaged or sub-contractors are used.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, EA hereby grants to RMCF a non-exclusive, non-transferrable (except as permitted in Section 14(g)), sublicensable (subject to the remainder of this Section 2(d)) right, and license to use and display the EA Materials and Improvements in the United States solely in advertising or promotional materials for the Products that are made available at RMCF Marketplace or the EA Website, in each case, solely for sales in the United States.

  • RMCF may not improve, modify, create derivative works of, or vary any EA Materials.

  • If EA creates any promotional literature, brochures, descriptions, specifications, manuals and other materials relating to any Products (the “EA Materials”), EA will ensure such EA Materials comply with RMCF’s then current written guidelines and any other written guidelines made available to EA, which RMCF may change from time to time.

Related to EA Materials

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;
