DVR Service definition

DVR Service means any services or application software features (including non-DVR related services or application software features) used in connection with DVR Products (including but not limited to services and application software features similar to the Permitted Bundled Services and to the Permitted Bundled Services-Excluded Features) and any services provided to third parties related to the commercialization of DVR Products or other DVR services (e.g., selling advertising into DVR Products or DVR Services, selling aggregate customer viewing patterns, etc.), whether any of the above are provided for a fee or for free.

  • If content recorded using the DIRECTV DVR Service is not automatically deleted when a guest or occupant vacates a Unit, you agree to manually delete such content prior to occupancy by another guest or occupant.

  • The DIRECTV DVR Service is not authorized for use in any other environment, and may be used only for private non-commercial viewing purposes.

  • BOLT may, at its discretion, from time to time change, add or remove features of the BOLT DVR Service or change the fee for BOLT DVR Service.

Related to DVR Service

  • CMU Service means the Central Moneymarkets Unit Service, operated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority;

  • air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;

  • E911 Service means the functionality to route wireless 911 calls and the associated caller and/or location data of the wireless end user to the appropriate Public Safety Answering Point.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Video service means video programming, cable services, IPTV, or OVS provided through facilities located at least in part in the public rights-of-way without regard to delivery technology, including internet protocol technology. This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.
