DTE DOCUMENTS definition

DTE DOCUMENTS means, collectively, (a) the Coke Battery Purchase Agreement, (b) the Assignment and Assumption Agreement (Pre-Petition Claim and BSC Agreements), to be entered into among ISG ▇▇▇▇▇ Harbor Inc., BSC, and DTE ▇▇▇▇▇ Harbor, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company on terms and provisions satisfactory to the Agents, (c) the Promissory Note (Pre-Petition Claim) in principal amount not to exceed $14,877,482, to be issued by ISG ▇▇▇▇▇ Harbor Inc. in favor of DTE ▇▇▇▇▇ Harbor, L.L.C. on terms and provisions satisfactory to the Agents, and (d) the other Transaction Agreements (as defined in the Coke Battery Purchase Agreement) each of which shall be on terms and provisions satisfactory to the Agents, in each case as any of the foregoing documents set forth in (a) through (d) above may from time to time be amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.

Related to DTE DOCUMENTS

  • Corporate Documents means the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and/or its Bylaws, as amended.

  • Note Documents means the Notes (including Additional Notes), the Note Guarantees and this Indenture.

  • Financing Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, the Note, the Security Documents, the Account Control Agreement and any other agreements, documents or certificates delivered pursuant hereto or thereto.

  • TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document

  • Senior Note Documents means the Senior Notes, the Senior Note Agreement, the Senior Note Guarantees and all other documents executed and delivered with respect to the Senior Notes or the Senior Note Agreement.
