DSE Services definition

DSE Services means the DSE services to be provided to Licensee pursuant to this Policy if Licensee has purchased DSE services.
DSE Services means the DSE services to be provided to Partner pursuant to this Policy if Partner has purchased DSE services. “Error” means any verifiable and reproducible failure of the Qlik Products to materially conform to the Documentation.
DSE Services means the DSE services to be provided to Partner pursuant to this Policy if Partner has purchased DSE services.

Examples of DSE Services in a sentence

  • DSE Services are supplemental to Support Services, and are not available as a standalone service.

  • Provided that Licensee is enrolled in Enterprise Support at the time, Licensee may renew DSE Services upon payment of the applicable DSE fees.

  • The term of the DSE Services shall be for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date that the DSE is assigned to Licensee (“DSE Services Commencement Date”), provided, however, that the DSE Services shall automatically terminate in the event that Support Services are not renewed by Licensee or are otherwise terminated.

  • DSE Services for Independent Living ^ Audrain, Boone, Callaway, Cooper, Howard, Montgomery, Randolph CIL submits CIL PPR to ACL/OILP and DSE ACL/OILP DSE Tri-County Center for Independent Living @ Phelps, Pulaski, Laclede Counties DSE determines oversight process, which involves the CIL submitting Program Performance Report (PPR) to DSE.

  • For avoidance of doubt, DSE Services are not available for Partners that are not current on Enterprise Support.

  • The term of the DSE Services shall be for a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on the date that the DSE is assigned to Partner (“DSE Services Commencement Date”), provided, however, that the DSE Services shall automatically terminate in the event that Support Services are not renewed by Partner or are otherwise terminated.

Related to DSE Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Software Services means services that Customer provides to you that make available, display, run, access, or otherwise interact, directly or indirectly, with the Products. Customer must provide these services from data center(s) through the Internet, a telephone network or a private network, on a rental, subscription or services basis, whether or not Customer receives a fee. Software Services exclude any services involving installation of a Product directly on any End User device to permit an End User to interact with the Product.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • BPO Services means Provider’s business process outsourcing services described in the applicable Solution Exhibit, whereby Provider assumes responsibility for Customers’ business processes.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Education Services means education and hostel facilities for students and scholars provided by -

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.
