DRP Arbitration Rules definition

DRP Arbitration Rules form a promise of employment or continued employment between The Trade Coffee & Coworking and me. If I become employed by The Trade Coffee & Coworking, this Agreement is separate from, and in no way alters the “at-will” status of my employment. I understand that my employment, compensation and terms and conditions of employment (excluding this Agreement) can be altered or terminated, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the option of either The Trade Coffee & Coworking or me.

Related to DRP Arbitration Rules

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.

  • UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules means the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law;

  • Mediation Rules As defined in Section 2.03(h)(i).

  • JAMS Rules has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 13 hereof.

  • JAMS means JAMS, Inc. or its successor entity, a judicial arbitration and mediation service.
