Examples of Drawdown Notification in a sentence

  • The Drawdown Notification for each loan shall govern the amount, interest rate, term and purpose of such loan.

  • The Borrower may request disbursement of the Loan in one or more installments (each, a "Draw") at any time after the date of this Agreement by delivery to the Escrow Agent of a written request signed by the Borrower (the "Drawdown Notification") or in the alternative a telephone request followed promptly by written confirmation of the request, specifying the date and amount of the Draw to be made.
