Examples of Draft Review Report in a sentence
Except as otherwise provided herein, any information provided, any Draft Review Report or any Review Report issued by the Asset Representations Reviewer is provided solely for the use and benefit of the Sponsor and the Servicer for the purposes provided in this Agreement, the Transfer and Servicing Agreement and the Indenture.
The Draft Review Report shall be fully comprehensive and detailed to show the findings and recommendations and shall include a description of the objectives and requirements of the Project, assumptions and input data, alternatives considered, the recommended options, methodology used in arriving at the results and factors considered in developing the recommendations.
Opportunities for involvement include Consultation on the Draft Review Report and Delivery Agreement during January and February 2021.
