B.2.1 The Owner is contracting for the Consultant’s services through the Contracting Officer of the Owner, the Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC).
The Contracting Officer is an officer of the State Department of the Treasury, DPMC and is responsible for the administration of the work of the DPMC.
Grantee/Contractor shall disclose in writing any potential conflict of interest to DPMC and DEP.
