Dormant Client definition

Dormant Client means any client of the FXC that has not performed any trade (i.e. has not opened, nor closed any position) in 3 or more calendar months in a row.
Dormant Client for the purposes of these terms shall mean any trading account where the client has not initiated any trading activity and/or inactivity for a period of thirty (90) consecutive days.
Dormant Client means a Client where all his Account(s) had no trading activity (i.e. no placement of trades) for a period of at least three (3) consecutive months or any Account whose owner (Client) failed to meet the obligation defined in the relevant paragraph of this agreement.

Examples of Dormant Client in a sentence

  • If the Partner Account, any Account maintained in the name of the Partner or attracted Introduced Client Account is blocked or placed in the archive in a manner required by sections of this Agreement or the “Temporary Block of the Client Account” and “Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts” of the Client agreement and General Business Terms between the Company and the Client if applicable.

  • If the Partner Account, any account maintained in the name of the Publisher or attracted Introduced Client Account is blocked or placed in the archive in a manner required by sections of this Agreement or the “Temporary Block of the Client Account” and “Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts” of the Client agreement and General Business Terms between the Advertiser and the Client if applicable.

Related to Dormant Client

  • eligible client means a client of a person or company if any of the following apply:

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.

  • Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.
