Aggregate Borrowing Base means as of any date of determination, an amount equal to (i) the sum of the SMP Borrowing Base and the SI Borrowing Base; less (ii) any Reserves except to the extent already deducted therefrom.
Adjusted Borrowing Base means the Borrowing Base minus the aggregate amount of Cash and Cash Equivalents included in the Borrowing Base.
Proposed Borrowing Base has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).
Domestic Borrower means the Company and each Designated Borrower that is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Canadian Borrowers has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Canadian Borrowing means a Borrowing of Canadian Loans.

Subsidiary Borrowers means (a) each Domestic Subsidiary that is a party hereto as of the Closing Date and (b) each Domestic Subsidiary that becomes a party to this Agreement after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 9.11 or otherwise.
Canadian Borrower as defined in the preamble hereto.
UK Borrowers shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble hereto.
Domestic Subsidiary Borrower means any Subsidiary Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.
Canadian Swingline Loan means any Loan made by the Canadian Swingline Lender pursuant to Section 2.12.
Foreign Subsidiary Borrower means each Borrower that is a Foreign Subsidiary.
Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.
ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.
Domestic Loans means CD Loans or Base Rate Loans or both.
Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).
Co-Borrowers has the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph to this Agreement.
Canadian Revolving Loan means Loans made by a Lender in respect of its Canadian Revolving Commitment to the U.S. Borrower pursuant to Section 2.02(c) and/or Section 2.24.
