Domain Expert definition

Domain Expert has the meaning provided in Section 10.5(b).
Domain Expert means the person(s) identified as such by the Challenge Owner when submitting the Healthcare Challenge. Healthcare Challenge refers to a challenge submitted by a Challenge Owner and approved by the HHOC for inclusion in the Health Hackathon. Data means datasets provided by external parties, which could also be the Challenge Owner, to the HHOC for use solely during the Health Hackathon, and provided to participants for the purpose of the Health Hackathon. Data Custodian means the owner of Data provided. Participants means individuals who have registered to attend the Health Hackathon, not including the Challenge Owner and/or the Domain Expert. Background Intellectual Property (IP) means intellectual property created by Participants prior to the Health Hackathon. Project Intellectual Property (IP) means the proof of concept and related technology, which is planned, developed, created and authored collaboratively by the Collaborators over the course of the Health Hackathon. This includes any intellectual property informed by or resulting from Background Intellectual Property, without including the Background Intellectual Property itself. It does not mean the Data. Industry Collaboration Agreement means a separate agreement to be signed by Participants at the request of their Challenge Owner. This agreement sets the terms for ownership of Project IP at the conclusion of the Health Hackathon.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

Such a person must be accredited or certified as being qualified by the National Association of Corrosion Engineers or be a registered professional engineer who has certification or licensing that includes education and experience in corrosion control of buried or submerged metal piping systems and metal tanks.

  • Expert is defined in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.
