Documents Return Delivery definition

Documents Return Delivery. Service shall mean the return of documents to the Forwarder. The list of documents is previously agreed with the Recipient. The documents acceptance from the Recipient shall be performed at the moment the shipment is transferred. The documents acceptance shall not be an obligatory condition to transfer the shipment to the Recipient, i.e. the shipment shall be transferred to the Recipient, even if the latter has no return delivery documents.
