Disciplinary Sub-Committee definition

Disciplinary Sub-Committee means a sub-committee nominated by the General Committee to adjudicate and dispose of disciplinary matters of the Club from time to time. The Disciplinary sub-committee will be made up of three members of the General Committee and three independent DHA Members, nominated by the Chairman of the Directors of the DHA.
Disciplinary Sub-Committee means a sub-committee which is appointed by the board of directors for consideration of an offense by a person who violates, or is involved in the violation of, the regulations of TSD and in punishing said person.
Disciplinary Sub-Committee means the sub-committee appointed under Rule 11.2

Examples of Disciplinary Sub-Committee in a sentence

  • They shall provide that the appeal shall be an appeal against error whereby the record of the proceedings at first instance only shall be considered in order to determine whether the Disciplinary Sub-Committee came to a correct or sustainable decision.

  • They shall provide that the member shall be made aware of the evidence against him or her and shall have the opportunity to challenge that evidence and, where deemed appropriate by the Disciplinary Sub-Committee or the investigator appointed by the Disciplinary Sub-Committee, shall have the opportunity to put questions to witnesses.

  • If following her intervention the dispute is not resolved, the matter shall be referred to the Disciplinary Sub-Committee of the Steering Committee.
