They shall provide that the appeal shall be an appeal against error whereby the record of the proceedings at first instance only shall be considered in order to determine whether the Disciplinary Sub-Committee came to a correct or sustainable decision.
They shall provide that the member shall be made aware of the evidence against him or her and shall have the opportunity to challenge that evidence and, where deemed appropriate by the Disciplinary Sub-Committee or the investigator appointed by the Disciplinary Sub-Committee, shall have the opportunity to put questions to witnesses.
