direct physical loss shall only mean a., b., or c. when covered property is metal roofing or metal roof top equipment or accessories. We provide the following Supplemental and Additional Coverages. COVERAGE PART PROVISIONS Unless otherwise stated, each Supplemental and Additional Coverage:
direct physical loss means the policy covers all perils of direct physical loss or damage unless they are excluded or limited by the coverage form.   • Total Loss means, in relation to a Ship:

  • Partial Loss means any Physical Damage loss which is not a Total Loss.

  • Environmental Loss means any loss, cost, damage, liability, deficiency, fine, penalty or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, engineering and other professional or expert fees), investigation, removal, cleanup and remedial costs (voluntarily or involuntarily incurred) and damages to, loss of the use of or decrease in value of the Equipment arising out of or related to any Adverse Environmental Condition.

  • Economic Risk of Loss has the meaning set forth in Treasury Regulation Section 1.752-2(a).

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at ( ).

  • Residual Loss means any item of gain or loss, as the case may be, of the Partnership recognized for federal income tax purposes resulting from a sale, exchange or other disposition of a Contributed Property or Adjusted Property, to the extent such item of gain or loss is not allocated pursuant to Section 6.2(b)(i)(A) or 6.2(b)(ii)(A), respectively, to eliminate Book-Tax Disparities.

  • Physical Escort means the temporary touching or holding the hand, wrist, arm, shoulder, or back of a student who is acting out for the purpose of inducing the student to walk to a safe location.

  • Physical Damage means tangible damage to a Property that materially adversely affects the use, marketability, or value of the Property, whether caused by accident or otherwise, including, but not limited to damage caused by reason of fire, destruction of tangible property, defects in construction, land subsidence, earth movement or slippage, flood, earthquake, war, civil insurrection, or riot; and further, Physical Damage includes Environmental Impairment and the destruction or removal of chattel items that are considered part of the Property (see Section I., KK., [Property]) For purposes of this definition "material" shall mean an amount equal to or greater than $1,500.00 such that the estimated cost to repair a Property is $1,500.00 or more before the exclusion set forth in Section III., G., (Physical Damage Exclusion) would apply to exclude coverage for a Loan. The presence of radon gas, lead paint or asbestos in the dwelling on the Property shall not be deemed to be Physical Damage.

  • Electrical Losses means all electrical losses associated with the transmission of Product to the Delivery Point, including if applicable, but not limited to, any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter and the Delivery Point.

  • Physical Property has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Delivery” above.

  • Physical abuse means any physical injury, mental injury, or threatened injury, inflicted by a person responsible for the child’s care other than by accidental means; or any physical or mental injury that cannot reasonably be explained by the child’s history of injuries or any aversive or deprivation procedures, or regulated interventions, that have not been authorized by Minn.
