Digital Science definition

Digital Science means the Digital Science entity that is party to the Agreement, being either Digital Science & Research Solutions Inc. (a Delaware corporation), Digital Science UK Ltd (a limited liability company incorporated in England) or Fairview LLC (a Connecticut limited liability company). EEA shall mean the members of the European Economic Area from time to time plus Switzerland.
