Did Not Start means recorded as such on the Race Committee’s score sheets. Note, competitors who are signed-on on the Sign-On Sheets or via the Sign-On Form, and who wish to be recorded as “did not start”, must notify the Race Committee and ensure this is reflected on the Race Committee’s score sheets;

Did Not Start means an individual who has been Referred to the Contractor, and attends the initial Face to Face meeting with the Contractor, but does not go on to receive IPES Services from the Contractor.
