DICONSA means “DICONSA, S.A. de C.V.” a company in which the Borrower controls the majority of its shares, originally incorporated on April 28, 1986 with the modifications approved by the DICONSA’s shareholders through the date of this Agreement (or any successor thereto acceptable to the Bank).
