Diagnostic Instrument definition

Diagnostic Instrument means a manual, semi-automated or automated instrument in which or with which Licensed Products may be utilized and which is manufactured by or for GTS or a GTS sublicensee.
Diagnostic Instrument means instruments utilized or utilizable to process samples for or apply samples to a Diagnostic Product, to read or analyze the results of a Diagnostic Product, or to otherwise facilitate the use of a Diagnostic Product, including the related instrument control software to operate such instruments and analyze such results.
