Device Fee definition

Device Fee means the fees set forth below for each unit of a Covered Product in the specified Transfer Price range:

Device Fee means the fee You pay for the Devices that are made available during a HP One Services term and any additional charges based on Your use of the Devices during such term.

Examples of Device Fee in a sentence

  • If You return Your Protected Device with the locking feature enabled, We will charge a Locked Device Fee (as indicated above) to the credit card We have on file for You.

  • You authorise Asurion to charge your Credit Card for the Inoperable Device Fee.

  • Should Resident fail to return the Access Device to Landlord upon request, or should Resident lose or damage the Access Device, Resident shall be liable for the Replacement Access Device Fee.

  • You authorise Samsung to charge your Credit Card for the Inoperable Device Fee.

  • If a PowerUp Device issued to a student is not returned to the District in acceptable condition, such student's right to use a PowerUp Device or other District-owned device outside school and school hours may be forfeited unless the District is paid the repair or replacement costs for such PowerUp Device in accordance with the PowerUp Device Fee Schedule included at the end of this Responsible Use Agreement.

  • A portion of your annual 1:1 Technology Device Fee goes toward insuring your Chromebook from accidental damage.

  • If you do not comply with either clause 4.8.1 or 4.8.2 (as the case may be), you will be charged an Inoperable Device Fee.

  • If you do not comply with either clause 4.7.1 or 4.7.2 (as the case may be), you will be charged an Inoperable Device Fee.

Related to Device Fee

  • Service Fee means a fee charged by us to you for the administration of your credit facility.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Access Fee means a fee prescribed for the purposes of section 22(6) or 54(6), as the case may be;
