Development infrastructure definition

Development infrastructure means network infrastructure for water supply, wastewater, stormwater, and land transport as defined in the Land Transport Management Act 2003, to the extent that it is controlled by local authorities.
Development infrastructure means land or works or both land and works for inter alia “(ii) transport infrastructure (including roads--- traffic control devices)”.
Development infrastructure means the following, to the extent they are controlled by a local authority or council controlled organisation (as defined in section 6 of the Local Government Act 2002):
