Development Completion Certificate definition

Development Completion Certificate or “DCC” shall mean a Development Completion Certificate signed by the Town’s Representative certifying that the installation of any Municipal Improvements have been completed to the standards and specifications described in the Approved Plans.
Development Completion Certificate means the certificate issued under Article 9.1.

  • Upon the Developer completing the On-Site Development in accordance with this Agreement and paying any sums owing to Okotoks, the Developer shall submit an application for a Development Completion Certificate in accordance with Article 6.

  • If the Authority and the Monitoring Committee are satisfied that the said Diagnostic Centre complies with the provisions of this Concession Agreement, the Authority shall, within 28 (twenty eight) days thereafter, issue a Development Completion Certificate for the concerned Diagnostic Centre.
