Following receipt from the Developer of a petition signed by 100% of the owners of property to be included within the Development Area SID, the City will create the Development Area SID.
The boundaries of the Development Area SID will be coterminous with the Development Area (or may extend beyond the Development Area if determined appropriate by the Parties).

The boundaries of the Development Area SID will be coterminous with the Development Area.
This memorandum does not discuss a potential Development Area SID and the Development Area ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ contemplated to be issued by the City to pay costs of the Public Improvements nor does it discuss the Parking Facility Management Agreement between the City and MPC because neither is a Collateral Agreement.
