Developer Building definition

Developer Building means the building or buildings and facilities presently constructed on Developer Property pursuant to the Existing REA and shall also include the Developer Building Expansion from and after the time at which it is completed and made ready to open for business as well as any replacement building or buildings and facilities hereafter constructed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, excluding exterior Developer Common Area.

  • Guarantor’s obligations under this Guaranty shall fully cease and terminate and be automatically be discharged without necessitating that any further action be taken, upon the first to occur of (i) the sixth (6th) anniversary of the date of issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy for the New Developer Building; or (ii) upon the transfer, sale, or conveyance of the Owner Premises to any person or entity other than an Affiliate (as defined in the ZLDA) of Owner (the “Termination Date”).

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.
