Designated Reviewer definition

Designated Reviewer. The IRB chair or an Experienced IRB Member designated by the IRB chair to conduct Non-Committee Reviews.
Designated Reviewer means a person who is designated, or who is within a class of persons that are designated, under subsection 103 (1) to exercise powers under section 103.
Designated Reviewer means a person who is designated, or who is within a class of persons that are designated, under subsection 145 (1) to exercise powers under section 145.
