The Executive Committee will review all contracts listed in Schedule 4.1, as well as the lists of Designated Inuit Firms and Designated Baffin Inuit Firms annually, in consultation with QIA and the Company.
Notwithstanding exceptions that may arise from emergency or time-limiting situations, the Company will allow a period of up to ninety (90) days for negotiations to be completed, from the commencement of such direct negotiations with a Designated Baffin Inuit Firm or Designated Inuit Firm, as the case may be.
